Now that you've decided to buy a home, you'll need to know what price will work best for you. Contact a lender to help determine the loan amount that you can qualify for. The lender will then give you a conditional loan approval letter that we will need to submit with any offer you make to buy a property.
After you've been pre-qualified or pre-approved, we're ready to find your home. By listening to your needs and
understanding what is most important to you, I will customize a list of properties that fit your qualifications.
After we've found your Dream Home is when my work for you really escalates. I'll research recent sales and other factors in the local market
to ensure that your offer is accepted at the best price and terms possible for you.
Then, after we have an accepted contract, I will coordinate and guide you through all inspections, vendor services, communications, and
